This strength–based philosophy believes that all individuals have strengths
and when you focus on strengths instead of weaknesses you see a quicker
shift in change and faster growth in the areas you want to see improvement
in.

Once you discover what your top 3 to 5 strengths are or what the top 3 to 5 strengths of your partner or child are then set a plan to focus on them. Do this by giving specific compliments of the strength (s) at least 7 times in one day.
